At SBS, we never settle for the industry standard, our patented purlin connection system is proof of that. Offering tremendous strength, it also allows for our roof purlins to be installed in one continuous line. This improves the appearance and function, while minimizing crew errors due to misplaced screws from the purlin laps.
Wood free foundation:
- Unique. Our steel column foundation system is unique to SBS. Designed and manufactured in house, and installed by our expert crews.
- Durable. Our foundation system utilizes an advanced military grade coating system. The same coating deployed by the U.S. military. This advanced material is applied to both the columns and grade board, therefore eliminating all wood to ground contact.
- Strong. The strength of a steel column that is backfilled with concrete. A foundation that will last for generations while withstanding the most punishing environments.
- Accurate. Each column is installed within 1/16 of an inch in height, allowing for both labor savings and incredible precision. This means that your building will be straight and true from the first column until the last screw is installed.
Steel & Trims
SBS utilizes 26 gauge steel panels and trims on every building. This is important for not only appearance, but for long term durability. Our paint system offers a 40 year warranty against rust and fade.
